Our customer is always top of mind at Leedsafe. We want you to be happy and we constantly strive to provide the best products and the best service in the industry.

This is why we send out regular customer surveys, when you complete these we pore over every single one of them. We look at our results, compare them with previous ones and read all the comments. We really use this feedback to try and do better or change things that aren’t working for our customers.

2019 Survey Result

So it was good to see in recent surveys that in both our May and July surveys 100% of respondents agreed that overall purchasing from Leedsafe is quick and easy. When it comes to the orders themselves again, 100% agreed that products were in good order when they arrived and delivered to the correct location.

But, we’re not complacent and we like to look at those spaces where we need to do better. In our July survey 92% of customers felt we were performing above average or higher when it came to zero back orders. It’s a good score but not quite good enough for us, so we’re going to be striving to get that figure higher.

Providing excellent customer service is one of our other key aims and in our July survey we hit the 96% mark for performing above average in this area. But more than that we are always really pleased to see that many of you take time to provide more detailed positive comments on our customer service, often highlighting how pleasant and efficient our sales and customer service staff are to deal with. As a team we really pride ourselves on providing great service and always trying to do the right thing for the customer, but we’re only human and sometimes we’ll slip up. When that happens we just want to make sure it causes our customers as little stress as possible by recitifying any issues quickly.
