Matt from One Staff and PeterIn the fast-paced recruitment industry Matt Scoble, Waikato Area Manager of OneStaff, needs to be able to get workers out on site without delay. So, the SmartSTORE™ system from Leedsafe works perfectly for him.

SmartSTORE™ allows Matt and the OneStaff team to keep a ready stock of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site in a dedicated room. They have a supply of most standard items that workers might need on a work site, from safety boots and hi-vis jackets right down to smaller items such as earplugs and dust masks.

“The way I operate we can have somebody in our branch, finishing an interview and we have a job that they can go to straightaway” explains Matt, “SmartSTORE™ means we can send them ready to work with all the equipment they need instead of them having to go home and wait for items or turning up in old second-hand equipment. It’s fantastic just having the stock right there in the branch”.

At the end of each month Matt’s team do a stock take of the equipment in their SmartSTORE™ and Leedsafe simply bill them for what’s been used. It’s simple and efficient.

In his early days in recruitment, being a smart business man, Matt did investigate other suppliers. But he didn’t find any that matched up to his experience with Leedsafe.
